Regional Clinical Trainer

We are looking for a Regional Clinical Trainer to join our WS Audiology team in Canada to oversee clinical training in Western Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a licensed hearing care professional in good standing and will have a passion for delivering Wonderful Sound for All by providing world-class product training within their defined region.
This is a hybrid role and will involve frequent travel within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be based in Western Ontario or the GTA West region.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical product training to customers in-person and virtually
- Work with regional sales managers to determine specific training objectives by customer
- Assist in the creation of training materials including presentations and technical documents
- Support audiological and technical training needs at conferences and events
- Support internal training requirements and backup audiology support (phone coverage) as requested
- Stay abreast of changes and advancements in the hearing care space and with training delivery best practices
What we are looking for:
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology or HIS certification
- 3+ years of clinical audiology/retail hearing instrument experience
- Prior experience in training, mentorship, and/or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton products is a definite asset
- Bilingual in English & French seen as an asset
- Work well under pressure and highly articulate
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated clinical experience and an elevated understanding of the hearing industry
- Ability to build rapport quickly with trainees
- Comfortability in presenting virtually and in-person
- Strong MS Office skills and proficient using fitting software
- Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
