We are looking for a Regional Clinical Trainer to join our WS Audiology team in Canada to oversee clinical training in Western Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a licensed hearing care professional in good standing and will have a passion for delivering Wonderful Sound for All by providing world-class product training within their defined region.

This is a hybrid role and will involve frequent travel within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be based in Western Ontario or the GTA West region. 

What you'll do:

• Provide technical product training to customers in-person and virtually
• Work with regional sales managers to determine specific training objectives by customer
• Assist in the creation of training materials including presentations and technical documents
• Support audiological and technical training needs at conferences and events
• Support internal training requirements and backup audiology support (phone coverage) as requested
• Stay abreast of changes and advancements in the hearing care space and with training delivery best practices

What we are looking for:

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology or HIS certification
• 3+ years of clinical audiology/retail hearing instrument experience
• Prior experience in training, mentorship, and/or sales is preferred
• Familiarity with Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton products is a definite asset
• Bilingual in English & French seen as an asset
• Work well under pressure and highly articulate
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated clinical experience and an elevated understanding of the hearing industry
• Ability to build rapport quickly with trainees
• Comfortability in presenting virtually and in-person
• Strong MS Office skills and proficient using fitting software
• Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
