Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth order management, order tracking, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting new, renewal, recalibration and replacement orders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to long-term process improvements and become a subject matter expert in our order management systems.
Primary responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Order Management:
- Verify and manage new order placements, tracking, and updates
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing to meet customer expectations.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order inquiries.
- Improve response times and customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to credit/rebill requests, returns, recalibrations, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Sales Team Support:
- Free up sales and support representatives to focus on revenue-generating activities.
- Enhance productivity and reduce errors by providing reliable support.
Process Sustainability:
- Support long-term process sustainability while awaiting Salesforce integration and e-commerce options.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Knowledge Expertise:
- Become a knowledge expert in order management processes and fulfillment center operations.
- Work on long-term solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Salesforce Integration:
- Prepare for and assist with the transition to Salesforce (SFDC).
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during the cutover to SFDC.
Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and order management processes.
- Experience with Zoho and Salesforce is a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada or US
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
