Position overview:
As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Details:
Job Type: Contract, full-time
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or permanent employment
Locations: Campbellford, Ontario and Belleville, Ontario
Work Model: Hybrid between 2 locations
Weekly Schedule:
Campbellford: 3 days/week providing Audiology services
Belleville: 2 days/week for Community-Based Marketing and Outreach activities, including relationship building, event participation, and community engagement initiatives.
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time (37.5 hour/week.
What we offer you:
Competitive annual $75,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings based on experience

What you will do:
Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls
Community Engagement & Outreach: research and secure opportunities for your centres, support with planning, preparation and execution of booked initiatives, build and maintain trusted relationships with local health organizations, community groups, clinics, advocacy networks, and other stakeholders to connect individuals with our services.
What we are looking for:
A graduate of a recognized Audiology program
Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
