ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate cross-functionally to design, maintain and deliver interactive onboarding programs within Zipline for CES, and HCPs, implementing SEHC and leveraging adult learning principles to maximize engagement and development

Oversee the Smartsheet center prep checklist to ensure new hire readiness and attendance,
coordinate all setup tasks for successful onboarding, and monitor/report program outcomes and
completion rates to field leadership, quality management and cross functional stakeholders.
Conduct, manage, and track peer record reviews to support recredentialing and medical reporting
audits, ensuring onboarding compliance while demonstrating clinical proficiency in evaluation, fitting, and documentation aligned with best practice guideline.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Professional Development team, assisting with key initiatives such as the Conversion Program, remedial training pathways, and other department projects.
Responsible for maintaining company CEU records, including tracking certificates of completion, and preparing and submitting CEU credit proposals on behalf of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
Must be self-motivator and self-starter with solid time management skills
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels (internal and external) of the Compani
Creative ability, writing proficiency.
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
2-5 years of experience required
