Client Care Coordinator - Hearing Clinic

We are hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis in Langley, BC. In this role, you will be based onsite at one of our newly acquired clinics in the Langley Crossing Shopping Centre and regular hours of work will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service and administrative experience to join our local team in delivering exceptional hearing care services to the Langley community!
The compensation range for this position is $21 - $25 hourly based on experience + participation in our bonus program. Benefits and RRSP matching start within the first week of employment. We offer attractive time-off programs including 1 paid volunteer day per year, 7 paid personal days per year, and 15 days of vacation per year.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients visiting the clinic
Scheduling appointments and appointment follow-ups
Assisting with general office duties including packages, supplies, and petty cash
Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on hearing devices
Billing, invoicing, and AR follow ups
Assisting Hearing Care Professionals with sales of hearing devices and add-on products
Maintaining electronic records
What you will bring:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent; additional education or certifications would be considered an asset
Experience in a customer service, retail sales, or administrative role
Previous sales experience or clinic experience would be a definite asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and technical acumen to adopt new software
Availability to work onsite on a full-time basis Monday through Friday is required - at this time, we are not accepting part-time applicants
Access to a vehicle and a valid license is required as some local travel will be required for community events and marketing (mileage paid)
Proficient communication; experience interacting with those with disabilities in a professional setting would be a definite asset
