Location – Hauppauge, New York or Iselin, New Jersey Office (hybrid)
Hours – 10:30AM – 7:00PM EST
Hourly rate range – $20.00 – $22.20 per hour
Commission Potential – 12K at 100%
Job summary:
The role of the Sales Support Coordinator is to provide support to the field and inside teams by facilitating proactive and reactive sales related requests
Responsibilities:
Order Assistance - handle more complex orders and triage orders that can be entered by our order entry team
Handle inquiries (via telephone, email, SFDC) from sales teams regarding customer related topics, including escalation and management of requests and issues
Facilitate issue cases to our quality team on faulty products or system related problems
Investigate and adjust any discrepancies between an agreed upon price and what has been invoiced to the customer
Proactively reach out to customers to promote specials, customer trainings, and any other task designated as essential by sales leadership.
Reach out to identified, high priority customers to ensure any sales and service-related needs are being addressed.
Participate in any special projects or WSA related initiatives as outlined by the Sales and Service Excellence management teams.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working with Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with the hearing health industry
Experience working in a customer care and/or sales related function.
Experience supporting a sales team preferred
Professional experience with Salesforce preferred
Ability to collaborate well with sales professionals across multiple geographic territories
Must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functionally
Must have strong communication skills
