- Job Title – Signia Inside Sales Representative
- Location – Hauppauge, NY or Iselin, NJ Office (hybrid)
- Hourly rate range – $26.50 – $28.85 per hour
- Commission – 48K at 100% to plan
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities, by possessing the ability to engage in sales dialogue virtually through a high volume of continuous outbound calls. The Inside Sales Representative will proactively seek out targeted accounts to demonstrate WSA’s expansive product portfolio as well as our diverse value propositions, services, and solutions. Our focus, through our proactive outbound call volume, is to delight our customers by offering a first-class customer experience, utilizing a solution-oriented sales approach that helps us cultivate strong relationships, loyalty and revenue generating opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate high outbound calls to Signia client base
- Consistently achieve revenue growth targets by customer segmentation
- Identify and cultivate leads from targeted segmentation outreach.
- Work with RSM on unique targeted accounts to achieve growth within our segmentations
- Effectively and efficiently take an inbound service call and hand them off to the customer service group.
- Responsible for driving revenue and retaining clientele by selling products/services and solutions to customers via outbound calls.
- Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of all our products, sales programs, services, processes.
- Promote, enroll, and teach accounts how to best utilize MySignia, Signia Learn and other online platforms.
- Monitor trends and contact declining accounts to establish reasons for decline and propose corrective actions.
- Responsible for driving revenue and growing clientele by selling products/services and solutions to customers via outbound calls.
- Act as the main driver of activities in targeted segments. Promote Sales, Business Development, Training and follow up as needed.
- Manage follow up tasks, NPS feedback, and other account activities
- Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of all our products, sales programs, services, processes.
- Empowered to make decisions to provide the best customer experience each time.
- In coordination with Sales Support - submit Pricing Forms that yield optimal revenue.
- Document all customer interaction within Salesforce.
- Actively participate in our continuous improvement culture.
- Proficient in Sales Training Classes, Action Selling, Insights Selling
- In coordination with the team, manage and close direct pipeline of business by driving all aspects of the sales cycle from product evaluation through price negotiation and purchase via outbound phone calls.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. BS/BA degree preferred.
- Telephone sales experience is a must and key component of position with successful track record of maintaining existing business, prospecting and closing new business.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and execute strategies (business development, account maintenance).

- Provide a superior customer experience while driving customer loyalty and confidence in using Signia as a primary vendor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- This position requires that the individual possesses a sales and/or business background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Travel as needed and requested.
