ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a superior level knowledge of systems and various applications software
- Ensure IT helpdesk and tickets issued are handled in an efficient manner.
- Provide IT training to new users and possess an ability to patiently continue teaching and reinforce concepts.
- Ability to prioritize and pivot as bustiness needs and stakeholders needs change.
- Ability to be responsive on an ‘as needed’ basis, especially if are experiencing critical issues that may impact business.
- Be proactive in providing IT Management with IT related information that may impact business.
- Notify vendors when equipment needs to be repaired and/or obtain vendor Return Authorizations while keeping records.
- Take lead on IT projects as delegated by IT management.
- Performs regular preventive maintenance for computer, data communication, and/or peripheral.
- Willingness to follow, improve and help create departmental policies such as the organization of IT spaces and documentation guidelines.
- Assist in the maintenance all of hardware which includes but is not limited to laptops, desktops, servers, printers, mobile devices, etc.
- Spend time on-boarding new users and help off-board users.
- Assist the business in an IT capacity with customer facing events and employee events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service oriented
- Comfortable collaborating with IT personnel based in different countries.
- Accustomed to work with deliverables set forth by project plans.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Well versed in effectively working with all management levels and staff affiliates.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates a high level of professionalism and a positive can-do attitude; have effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proficient in on-site and remote troubleshooting of WSA hardware, software, mobile devices, and networks./ Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- The ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and be flexible when working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must document all work and projects the team is working on.
- Must be able to learn and embrace new technologies
- Performs other duties and assignments as required

Salary:$65,000 - $75,000
