We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) for our Windsor, ON HearCANADA clinic. This full-time, permanent opportunity onsite at our clinic in South Windsor area (Cabana and Howard area) and the hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. In this role, you will work at one of our busy hearing clinics as part of a team; this would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills looking for a collaborative environment to grow their career while making a difference in their community!
What you'll do:
- Act as a key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)
- Provide exceptional client service (answer inquiries, ensure clients have all information to make informed decisions on products, collaborate with other team members to best serve clients)
- Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, updating our electronic system, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)
- Educate clients on payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products
- Process payments and ensure that financial data including invoicing, following up on payments, and handling petty cash
- Participate in ongoing HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives to keep a strong brand-presence in our communities
- Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a retail or fast-paced administrative environment
- Knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint is required; experience with electronic point of sale (POS), electronic medical record (EMR), and/or customer relationship management platform (CRM) is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partner
- Comfortability in working in a team environment
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred as the role will involve some work related (mileage is compensated) local travel to events/marketing engagements
