As a Client Experience Specialist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely manner, maintain a well-organized appointment schedule, and prioritize Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

What you will do:
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding center budget through outbound calls, proper scheduling, and schedule management. Manage center schedule to ensure efficient and prompt client care for scheduled appointments, walk-ins, potential clients.
- Actively seeks HAE opportunities from inbound calls, outbound calls, walk ins and service appointment clients. Promotes referral program to every client. Organize and participate in community marketing.
- Maintain 70% acceptable kept rate and show rate. Complete all welcome calls, TNT calls, insurance verification(when applicable), vendor calls, confirmation calls, and follow-up, while providing friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Maintain current and accurate client information in TCM including but not limited to address, phone, email, insurance, and physician. Exercise confidentiality as it relates to all business and client information.
- Communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, text, and postal mail with clients. Retrieve phones messages and prioritizing return phone calls.
- Prepare and update client charts. Check clients in and out of appointments accurately. Enter stock, custom orders, repairs and assist in performing weekly inventory audit to ensure accuracy. Enter and tracks orders/invoices.
- Assist with basic hearing aid trouble shooting via telephone: recommend maintenance, cleanings, and checks. Maintain knowledge of current HearUSA's products, promotions and pricing. As needed, facilitate and support with HearAssist and remote care.
- Collect and Record payments and assists in financing applications and processing financing. Assist the provider with maintaining detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits and perform all end of day processes and reports/ settlements.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with team environment and achieving monthly goals preferred. - High School diploma preferred or equivalent work history.
- Experience interacting with customers/clients, experience in sales environment preferred.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Experience with Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expected Travel Days
- Light: 1 - 5 days per month; Occasional onsite training/events may be required.

Pays :$19hr
