What it's all about:
HearCANADA is hiring a permanent full-time Scheduling and Inside Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to join our Client Services team.
To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional hearing health to HearCANADA's clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients across Canada. There is no cold calling required in this role, so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize existing leads to grow our client base by depicting HearCANADA's clinics as their destination of choice for top-tier hearing care.
Key position details:
- Remote position within Canada with infrequent travel (less than 5% of the time to our head office in Burlington, ON for year end meetings and team events)
- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10:30 am- 6:30 pm Eastern Time with some Saturday coverage throughout the year.
- The compensation for this role is $22/hour - $25/hour based on experience + bonus structure + benefits upon day one of hire + RRSP matching + generous time off policies
What you will do:
- Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients (warm leads) to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada
- Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments
- Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills
- Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)
- Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
- Health industry experience is considered an asset
- Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
- Effective communication in the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Bilingualism in French would be considered a definite asset
- Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
- Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently

- Availability to work the schedule depicted within the job posting on an ongoing basis with some Saturday coverage as required
