ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and lead the overall strategy for remote administrative operations, including phone support, calendar management, and process optimization.
- Manage the daily execution of operations, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance on best practices, performance goals, and professional development.
- Implement operational improvements and streamline processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the patient experience.
- Assess CES partnerships with each HCP to ensure alignment with initiatives that enhance the client experience and contribute to overall business success.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies and operations as needed to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Create and maintain clear workflows, procedures, and training programs for the Remote CES team.
- Regularly assess team performance, providing feedback and ensuring accountability for high standards of service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional People Leadership skills and can clearly articulate with Team Members. Experience in developing Team Member Performance along with strong sales and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and proactive decision making.
- Basic to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications.
- Fosters a collaborative environment; Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both large and small groups – Basic or advanced written communication skills – Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely Experience interacting with customers/clients.
- 3-5 years experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, some travel may be required. Overtime when approved.
