ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides technical direction and oversight, as the Subject Matter Expert, for sales initiatives, activities and processes through coordination of hearing center operations and organization.
- Collaborate with our client-facing colleagues with various inquiries and requests.
- Support service excellence when interacting with clients, center staff, Support Center Departments and field management.
- Oversees and manages centers' supply procurement, equipment maintenance, cash management, inventory, third party financing administration.
- Supports training for center employees regarding processes and procedures, including new employee on-boarding processing and training.
- Oversees and supports monthly inventory audit.
- Assists with other operation teams members when necessary in order to maintain high level of support commitment to hearing centers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to process high volume data entry.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent proof reading and editing skills.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to plan activities and programs such as meetings and orientations.
- Must interact with clients and employees in a caring and respectful manner.
- Experience with Retail Sales and Operations.
- 5+ years of experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Database applications ‐ Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/application
