Summary:
The Business Development Director will be regionally based and responsible for managing the performance of the loan and RebateNow portfolio within their respective regions.
He/she will also focus on building a pipeline of future projects and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance and growth of the loan and RebateNow portfolios, ensuring they meet regional goals and objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, creating a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with practice owners and regional stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand regional needs and opportunities, tailoring approaches to local dynamics.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Excel Proficiency: This role will be heavily involved in spreadsheets, so a high level of Excel expertise is essential.
- Finance Acumen: A strong financial background is equally important, as this position will include building financial models and handling financial reporting.
- Travel Percentage: Estimated 40–50% (may vary based on business need)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or audiology sector.
- Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
