ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the specialist for executing digital touchpoints/audiences and marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Execute, deploy and monitor email campaigns across all brands
- Responsible for optimizing the platform, creating and managing email campaigns, audience development and segmentation, customer journey design and implementation
- Work with CRM team and brand teams to create targeted email marketing lists
- Support execution of website management and update activities
- Execute social media campaigns, managing content and execution across b2b and b2c channels
- Support marketing teams with digital content creation
- Support digital channel testing and new channel expansion strategy and deployment
- Own standard digital reporting, monitor website and digital channel performance, analyze trends - providing analytic reporting from digital channels with insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Support paid media campaign execution, turning concept into an integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet business goals and objectives.
- Support strategic digital marketing planning to drive growth for on-going marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Provide thought leadership and digital best practices to the overall marketing team around campaign communications, audience targeting through digital channels.
- Competitive research for expansion of digital channels and optimization resulting increased conversion.
- Work with internal teams and brand to support marketing initiatives.
- Participates in the sharing of campaign learning for best practice definition throughout the greater WS Audiology US marketing and global marketing community.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience designing and executing digital campaigns across various digital channels like web, email, social media, SEO
- Experience with paid media execution and website campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce, Hootsuite, project management tools
- Digital content writing experience
