HearUSA is seeking a Program Expansion Manager (ideally a Junior Project Manager with experience overseeing the opening of new retail sites.). This person will help our Director of Retail Expansion and Field Operations Team in our expansion of our centers nationwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a comprehensive program plan, timelines, and resource requirements to support market expansion strategies
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and tracking progress.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed on project status, changes, and key decisions.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline project workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
- Proactively identify risks and obstacles, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed to minimize disruptions and delays to ensure smooth project execution.
- Partner with sales, marketing, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across all areas of the business.
- Create detailed status reports and presentations for senior leadership, outlining project milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Project Management experience preferred, preferably in a high-growth or expansion-focused environment.
- Experience leading cross functional teams in multiple projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
- Candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: $70,000-$80,000/year + 10% bonus.
