Senior Analyst, Business Quality - Key Accounts

Responsibilities:
- Handle US Special/Key Accounts product issues and complaints, manage expectations, capture local needs, address pain points, drive plans and corrective actions.
- Periodic tracking, monitoring and reporting of quality-related KPIs, both internally and externally (towards Special Accounts). Establish actionable insights
- Manage various communications and escalations with multiple internal Departments on product-quality news and matters. Ensure proactivity, consistency and alignment.
- Support local projects requested by or for Special Accounts (audits, standardization of Return Form and Complaints escalation processes, etc...)
Stakeholders:
This position will work closely with the USA-based Quality team and other stakeholders from Regulatory, Marketing / Product Management, Key Account Commercial team, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution
Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills; the ability to be flexible and easily adapt to changing priorities
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must possess good business acumen.
- Ability to extract, consolidate, analyze large pools of data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Ability to work well under pressure from Customers and solve problems.
- Hands on experience in managing Customers (ideally Key Accounts) in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
- Experience managing quality assurance or regulatory related projects (preferred)
- Experience in MedTech (preferred).
