ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead/Partner with Media Agency to develop Paid Digital strategies (Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Programmatic Video, Paid Search), a+b test, pixel strategy, re-targeting strategy and mix allocation.
- Lead/Partner with Creative Agency to develop world class digital campaign executions, laddering to overall tactical or brand campaign, ensuring creative adheres to brand guidelines.
- Lead/Partner with Reputation Management/Location Services agency to implement, evaluate and improve HearUSA consumer reputation/reviews.
- Lead development of digital conversion strategy, execution and testing specific to Landing Pages: Campaign and Managed Care.
- Partner with marketing team on development and measurement of tactical brand campaigns (3x/year). Manage the overall digital media budget, as well as meet financial objectives.
- Develop Paid Digital and Conversion plans as a component of Annual Strategic Marketing Plan, evaluated within Campaigns and mid-year elevating insights and recommended adjustments.
- Collaborate with Business Insights and Agency Partners to implement, measure and report on paid digital lead efficiency and ROI. Lead regular meetings during campaigns to share performance and develop actionable insight for improvement/optimization.
- Work collaboratively and interface with cross-functional partners inclusive of Business Insights, CRM, New Centers (Greenfields), IT, Finance, and HR on project development. Partner with Operations and Client Care to ensure marketing effectiveness from lead through conversion.
- Lead, coach, manage, and empower a team to drive implementation and achieve goals while being cognizant of the internal WSA culture and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Digital Marketing Experience (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, SEO) in an Agency, Retail or CPG (consumer packaged goods) company, with Healthcare Consumer marketing preferred, but not required.
- Business-oriented marketer able to spot opportunities, trends, and innovation and translate them into marketing strategies and plans.
- Comfortable operating in a highly-matrixed environment fostering a deep understanding of the market, digital trends, client trends, and competitive activities.
- Utilizing current KPIs to measure use and effectiveness of digital marketing mix
- Establishing a clear view of how the digital era & other long-term market trends impact our business & market potential.
- Driving awareness & demand creation through media engagement.
- Strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with people across all levels of seniority in the organization.
- A creative & innovative individual to drive & bring new ideas to the organization.
- Ability to work with and manager external vendors to deliver results within designated timelines.
- Ability to plan activities and programs, such as meeting and orientations.
- Ability to develop and give oral presentations to both large and small groups.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
