ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the new and existing US Rebate programs and setups to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.
• Oversee the monthly maintenance on the manual rebate statements with majority completed by off-shore support team and ~10 performed by this role
• Initiate rebate payments and accounts receivable statement credits on set schedule.
• Work with Commissions to prepare needed commissions reporting for rebate reconciliation and minimums not met.
• Entry of pricing and warranty changes on existing accounts and assignment to new accounts.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a 4 Year Undergraduate Degree and salesforce.com experience a plus.
  Advanced Excel
• Must work effectively with all management levels, both internal and external.
• The ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
