ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Center Leadership team with planning including travel, meeting arrangements, reservations and documentation.
- Track hours and participation of training programs for key hearing center programs
- Follow up with hearing center staff to ensure necessary data is captured to track hours and participation for certain education and training content and programs
- Manage electronic data and files for tracking purposes for various programs
- Create electronic communications including work, email, and powerpoint slides on behalf of teams and programs.
- Schedule and reschedule meetings with internal and external constituents as needed.
- Assist with expense management and submission as needed
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality with respect to all communications and interactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with timelines
- Experience with project or program implementation and processes
- Familiarity with email and Microsoft Office Email and Calendar preferred
- History of strong email and verbal communication
- Working experience with Microsoft Excel and/or other spreadsheet applications
- Experience with travel booking sites, travel agencies
- Ability to work across teams
- Entry level/ College / Diploma
