ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the product backlog, working with the Product Manager, Product Development Team and Solution Architects to breakdown business epics, document stories, design details and acceptance criteria
- Enable technology solution design and implementation working with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Internal / External API customers, Software Engineers, Automation Engineers and Testers
- You will analyze the product requirements, write functional design
- You will actively participate in the Execution phase by supporting Focus Teams during sprints (business clarifications, adjustments for risk, reprioritizations, changes in scope, approving 'done' stories) and you will participate in sprint reviews and actively monitor execution against the plan (together with the program manager)
- Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team •Define the acceptance criteria that will serve as a benchmark to determine that the new feature/capability is fit for release
- Contribute, support and implement best practices around software engineering and technical debt management
- Estimates time frames and quality and quantity of resources required to implement epics & features
- Participate in internal backlog refinement sessions to prepare business epics and stories for technical breakdown and planning, ensuring all requirements are well understood by the Product Development Team
- Provides insight and advice to stakeholders concerning applicability of specific products/technologies to ensure clients make informed decisions regarding company products and services Facilitate requirements gathering sessions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of modern enterprise systems and their design
- Must be excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and management
- Several years’ experience in information technology and of a product manager or product owner role.
- The ability to build customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of working in multinational teams
- The ability to communicate with development teams on a technical level
- A good understanding of software design and architecture
- Making recommendations to the Product Owner regarding product vision and roadmaps
- Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of the industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results.
- Track record of consistently driving projects to completion and taking accountability for work and results. Confronts tough issues and situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, eight to ten years of diverse work experience in IT and/or management.
- Demonstrates and promotes creativity and innovation. Proactively seeks out alternative solutions to business problems

Salary: $105,000-$140,000
