 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
• Processing high volume invoices for data entry with attention to detail and superior level of accuracy.
• Performing month-end activities and other duties, including special projects.
• Matching proper documentation and maintaining updated vendor files.
• Processing of debits and credits and posting to company charts of accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry A/P environment.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Experience interacting with customers/clients.
• Ability to work effectively with spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Effective time management skills.
• 2+ years experience
• High School Diploma
• Experience with Apprise software is a big plus, but not required.

Pays:$24-$26hr.
