RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and follows up on Birdeye reviews and hot surveys posted by clients
- Coordinates and handles JIRA tickets submitted by Client Care, Insurance Department and health plans.
- Reviews and follow-up NPS surveys
- Product troubleshooting and surveys
- Contact the CEO
- Handle requests from hearing centers and Regional Directors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service related field
- 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to be a liaison between the client and hearing care center
