  • Demonstrate a thorough product knowledge of our current and legacy hearing aids and accessories.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our software to provide excellent fitting support and recommendations.
  • Identifies, recommends, and assists with hearing aid selection and accessories.
  • Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
  • Work with our internal teams to determine the needs of the customer and the action plan to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with our team of audiologists to provide the best customer experience possible.
  • Work closely with our technical support team to assist customers and end users with troubleshooting hearing aids, accessories and BT device behaviors.
