The Consumer Marketing Manager, Center of Excellence (COE), reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Trade Marketing is responsible for creating, executing, and measuring the performance of integrated brand marketing plans for wholesale hearing aid practices. This includes coordination of traditional and digital marketing. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with sales to ensure targeted consumer marketing initiatives drive customer growth, retention, and brand loyalty.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales to target customers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop annual marketing plans for targeted customers
  • Monitor customer marketing to ensure brand guidelines are met  
  • Provide timely updates of consumer marketing campaigns to Territory Account Managers
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a timely manner; voicemail and email returned within the same day
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Specialists to optimize marketing program and customer offerings
  • Compile tracking data from all customer events in a timely manner, record in CRM, and make recommendations for future marketing activities
  • Provide reports and recommendations to the regional team on key performance indicators
  • Work with external vendors to customize consumer marketing programs
  • Administration of customer requests on reimbursement for marketing activities
  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to serve as subject matter expert within the organization
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years managing customer marketing activities, preferably in retail/co-op marketing

  • Excellent customer service and consultative skills over the phone, virtually and face to face
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups to customers
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable using Salesforce -- campaign tracking/measurement reporting tools
