ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives all daily sales objectives, which are focused on territory growth. This includes new account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning/execution
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with Audiologists, Dispensers and at ENT practices
  • Responsible to meet or exceed territory quota on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Plan, organize and control the daily activities of the territory
  • Forecasting and reporting on sales activity using a CRM tool


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hearing Industry experience is required
  • Possesses a sales/audiology and dispensing background and is willing to travel
  • Ability to manage a field territory and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Excellent technical skills including proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
